Never thought I’d be surprised by a restaurant which I visited to twice. Tonite’s meal @ Zen was divine! The food just get better and better! Chefs and waitresses are nice and friendly, the interior is very Japanese, everything was just – perfect! I can still taste the はまち in my mouth!

琴日同朋友去咗石頭燒(Stonegrill), 前菜:King Oyster Mushroom 呢個真係無得頂,係我食過最最最好味嘅煮法!尤其是塊石頭上面有少少鹽,令到舊菇更加野味! 主菜:5oz. Salmon with prawn, side> sweet potato mash with pecan 舊魚有啲乾,可能因為唔夠油。但都唔算太差。 甜品:lindt chocolate-banana soufleé 又一推介,靚得嚟又好食!!香蕉加朱古力真係最佳配搭!! 最近非常極之十分喜愛的懷石料理: 懷石料理(かいせきりょうり),原為在日本茶道中,主人請客人品嘗的飯菜。現已不限於茶道,成為日本常見的菜色。懷石指的是佛教僧人在坐禪時在腹上放上暖石以對抗飢餓的感覺。 其形式為「一汁三菜」(也有一汁二菜)。懷石料理極端講求精緻,無論餐具還是食物的擺放都要求很高(但食物的份量卻很少)而被一些人視為藝術品,高檔懷石料理也耗費不菲。主要乘裝食物的器具有陶器、瓷器、漆器等。知名的懷石料理店有京都三條的辻留、大阪高麗橋的吉兆、滋賀縣東近江市的招福樓。 ﹣﹣﹣﹣﹣﹣﹣quoted from wikipedia
